Jill Cruz

Jill Cruz, MS, CNS is an advocate for working WITH your nature for better health and performance. She calls herself “The Healthy Hedonist”, which means practicing commitment to self-love, tapping into body wisdom, and taking pleasure in the health-building process. Jill helps people understand that the current health and weight loss standards are causing a lot of unnecessary suffering. Her "take-action" talks inspire and educate in a compassionate and relatable way.

Jill brings science-backed strategies and a very extensive toolbox to the table. But she also brings compassion. Because she knows what it's like! Jill suffered from a 15-year long nighttime disordered eating habit, but she found a way to enjoy her life AND be at her best and she loves showing others that they can too!

Jill has a Master of Science in Human Nutrition, is a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist, and is an expert in healthy, sustainable, and pleasurable weight loss. She emphasizes that the process of health-building is about the mind, body, and spirit using evidence-based nutrition science, biochemistry, psychology, behavioral science, and neuroscience.
